CIIA™ Client
The client part is installed in remote locations such as branches and merchant outlets.

Client is available in four (4) versions:
Client A: Thick client with user interface.
It is installed in a personal computer (Microsoft™ Windows™ executable) in remote locations.
Client B: Thick client with user interface.
It is installed over Citrix™ (Microsoft™ Windows™ executable) in a central location.
Client C: Thick client without user interface.
It is installed in a personal computer (Microsoft™ Windows™ executable) in remote locations.
Client D: Thin client, web based user interface in two variants, Full and Light
It is executed in remote locations.
Depending of the client version, client gathers customer data required to initiate a request for a new card. Such data are customer personal details, residential details, identification details, bank account numbers and other information required by the card management system. Gathered information form a request to server for a new cared issuance using the internal message protocol. On the positive response from the server enables client to drive the personalization machine to personalize the card.

In summary, the server performs the following tasks:
User interface and data entry screening and validation.
Client/server message protocol management.
Security algorithms management.
Message protocol message fields encryption/decryption and message MACing.
Local card electronic inventory.
Card transport security protocol management.
New card issuance application transaction initiation.
Driving of the card personalization machine, EMV chip encoding, magnetic stripe encoding.
PIN Pad interface.
PIN Pads Key Management support.
PIN generation and selection support.
Local reporting.
Local operation, error and audit trail log.
